Detailed Description of the Layout of the House:



Ground Floor: The house includes a large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a spa, a gym with its own shower room and WC.



First Floor: A large living room, two bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed, the other with a 140 cm bed), a bedroom (with a 160 cm bed) featuring its own en-suite bathroom, as well as a bathroom with WC.



Second Floor: Two bedrooms (each with a 90 cm bed), a shower room with WC.



Outside: An annex near the garden, in immediate proximity to the house, consisting of a bedroom on the ground floor and a second bedroom upstairs (both with 140 cm beds). You will also find a large unheated above-ground swimming pool, a spacious wooden terrace covered by a pergola, a dining area, a lounge, and an enclosed garden.

Upon arrival, you will find the necessary items to start your vacation: dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, sponges, and dish towels.

Bedding and towels are optional at the cost of 23 € per person, allowing our tenants to choose whether or not to use this service.

A regular cleaning fee will be charged at the time of booking. This is not a "hotel" or "deep cleaning" service. We ask our tenants to leave the house in a reasonably clean condition, similar to the state they found it (clean kitchen and bathroom, emptied fridge and cupboards, no visible dirt, trash taken out, etc.).

If the house is left dirty (visible dirt), a deduction will be made from the security deposit for the additional time spent cleaning the house, at a rate of 35 € per hour. The tenant will be informed promptly via message through the platforms, SMS, or email, with photos and/or videos.

We also offer our tenants who do not want to handle the cleaning before departure a "complete cleaning" option, charged at 120 € extra.
