Discover Floresta House, a charming and newly remodeled home designed for modern comfort and a memorable North Fork experience. The Floresta House means "a place of abundant plants, trees, and flowers," and this welcoming retreat offers a bright and comfortable atmosphere.

The home is thoughtfully laid out on a single level. Your private guest space includes two queen bedrooms, a common area with a twin trundle bed, and a large, well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen is adjacent to the combined dining/living room, which offers a lovely view of the front yard and koi pond. The space also features a full bathroom and a washer/dryer for your convenience. Step outside to relax in comfortable shaded seating, complete with an outdoor grill for delightful meals.

Floresta House is ideally located just a half-mile from the heart of Mattituck, where you'll find a variety of charming restaurants and shops. A short drive away, you can explore the North Fork's renowned vineyards, offering exceptional wine tasting and beautiful scenery. Inviting sandy beaches are also within easy reach, perfect for a day of sun and fun.

Important to Note: A professional couple resides in a separate 2BR unit at the rear of the property, with private access and parking. This ensures your privacy and a peaceful stay.

Please Note:
1. The primary renter must be at least 26 years old.
2. Upon booking, the primary renter must sign a rental agreement and upload a copy of a government-issued photo ID, or the reservation may risk cancellation.
3. A $500 security hold will be placed two days before arrival and released seven days after departure if no damages are reported.
4. Guests must follow all house rules, including but not limited to no pets, parties, or smoking.
