„This is a great little studio apartment in a nice, quiet area of Shinjuku. The building is really lovely. It is close to lots of places to eat and the train station. We are a family of five so it was a bit small (from our Western perspective) but we were out a lot anyway! The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and shower were nice. I would definitely stay here again.“

„방이 사진으로 보이는 것보다 훨씬 넓었습니다. 고급빌라의 한 방을 임대해 사용합니다. 남자 5명이서 갔는데 실제로는 10명이서 써도 무방한 사이즈였습니다. 침실 2개와 넓은 거실, 주방, 베란다가 모두 있습니다. 룸 상태는 호텔과 비교해도 큰 손색 없을만큼 깔끔했습니다. 층간소음같은 문제도 없었구요. 바로 앞에 신주쿠공원이 있어 둘러보기도 좋습니다. 인원이 많은 여행이라면 추천합니다.“

„The apartment is located only 2 stations by train from Ikebukuro-Station and away from the busy streets of Tokyo in a quiet neighborhood. Only 5 minutes walk to the train station. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby for dining and shopping.The host was very helpful and provided a lot of information before we arrived, both about traveling in Japan in general as well as recommendations for local restaurants. „I stayed here for one week with my family and thoroughly enjoyed it! Shockingly spacious for how little square footage and we all fit comfortably. The location was great- a short walk from shin-okubo station making it great for exploring Tokyo. Additionally, there were many shops (even a small Don Quixote) and restaurants nearby that were also fun to explore. Would stay here again. “

„Shinjuku is the entertainment and red light area, be aware of this when booking. The Hotel itself and its communication was great - very detailed instrucrions, check in, check out, all automated. We had everything we need and are fully satisfied with our stay.“

„Man hat alles im Raum was man braucht. Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Herdplatte, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Föhn etc. Die Lage ist sehr gut, gute Verbindungen mit der Bahn (Hatsudai Sta.) 5min mit Keio New Line bis Shinjuku Sta. Sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem schön ruhig. Check In und Check Out waren unkompliziert. “
