„We rented it for the pool. The pool was awesome and the kids enjoyed it after a day on the beach. Very spacious home, great floor plan. Every room has a door that leads outside to the pool. Three full baths. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Lots of shopping and food a short drive away. Whitecap Beach is an easy 20 minute drive away. House is great for friends and families. Worth the rent.“

„The place was nice and big enough for us. Nice televisions, but the only one that worked was the one in the living room. The stove only had two burners that somewhat worked and one of those would only operate on high. The grill is rusted out and had a trash bag full of wet soggy charcoal ash in the bottom of it. There are a couple of places in the house where the floor transitions up a few inches and it is hard to see because the lighting in the house is not the best, I tripped on it several ...

„To start, the property was gorgeous but there was a lot of defered maintenance that needing to be done. For the price we paid, I expected no issues. Pool maintenance came after we checked in, dumped chemicals in the pool and we were told not to use it for 4 hours. That should have been prior to us arriving. There were some broken items such as a can opener, icemaker, lights and faucets. Owner was responsive but since we were there for such a short time, we chose not to have the repairs ...
