„Das Haus ist eine Doppelhaushälfte mit einem sehr schönem Außenbereich zum Grillen entspannen und die Zeit mit der Familie zu genießen. Das Haus befindet sich in einem Urlaubsgebiet, dass nicht auf ausländische sondern eher auf italienische Touristen ausgelegt ist und das ist auch gut so! Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. 10 min von langen Sandstränden mit Beachbars, Restaurants und Beachclubs. Das Meer ist sehr angenehm und perfekt für Kinder.“

Es fehlte an nichts: Vom Geschirr und den Töpfen über den Fön bis hin zur Waschmaschine und dem Bügeleisen war alles vorhanden. In allen Räumen gab es Klimaanlage. „We really enjoyed our stay and couldn't fault it. The property was well equipped with everything we needed and spotlessly clean. Angela was very friendly and provided us with good suggestions of where to visit and where to eat. We travelled to many of the villages and towns she recommended and loved Basilicata. „The La Villetta Xenia house and property were beautiful and easy driving access to see all that Matera has to offer. We were a party of 7 adults and the accomodations were great. bedrooms very comfortable and spacious. The only downside was that we only had 2 bathrooms for 7 people. The other bathrooms were all locked. If I stayed again I would specify what was needed. We did just fine with the 2 bathrooms anyway. I would definitely recommed this VRBO to larger groups and would stay here again. ...
