The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming 80 m² chalet in Matemale for rent, which can accommodate up to 5 guests.

It comprises a 40 m² living room (with a wood-burning stove), a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of around 700 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!

On the first floor, you’ll find:
- A 40 m² living room with a TV, sofa, wood-burning stove, a dining area, and an open-plan fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A separate toilet
- An unfurnished balcony

On the second floor, you’ll find:
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed
- A shower room (with shower and toilet)

Outside:
- A 700 m² garden enclosed by mountain timber fencing, perfect for enjoying sunny days

The chalet is ideally situated in Matemale, in a residential neighbourhood with a very peaceful and pleasant setting. You’ll have access to all the essential shops (a 5-minute drive away).

Activities:
- Lake Matemale and its leisure park in summer
- Ski slopes (Les Angles, Formiguères, etc.) 10 minutes’ drive away
- Walks and hikes in the surrounding area

Transport:
A car is essential as there is no public transport. You can park directly in the private car park (1 space).

Other notes:
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
- The wood-burning stove is in working order; wood can be provided for an additional charge (€30 per stay).
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please ensure you leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
