The mattress was soft enough, not like a board, a full sized queen (not two singles pushed together) and was lower to the ground. Bathroom clean and tidy. Nice thick towels. Love the fact that our little dog could be there and had a lovely orchard to roam around. It was far enough away from the main house that you felt like you were in your own world.
