„The property was clean and maintained. It is literally on the water. If you want the ocean at your doorstep, you cannot get any better than this! We were minutes away from the shopping at public piers at Rockport. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our family vacation. The only negative thing I have to say is that I didn't look closely at the bunkbeds -- they have a weight limit of 160 pounds. I have a big teenager who didn't fit on the bunks. „The outdoor area is amazing. This is where you will most likely eat your meals if you are a large group. They have a small table in the living area but it wasn't bad. The breeze keeps it cool, the hot tub was great, my children enjoyed fishing. The house stayed cool, the beds were very comfortable, the shower was amazing. I have an 11m old baby and we put his playpen up in the room with the double queen beds. It was prefect!! Was able to close the curtain and give him a little closed off ...

„Clean and spacious but the AC/Heater is much less than adequate. It is only 50° outside but the heater cannot keep up. There were no extra blankets or linens for the futon and only two bath towels and two hand towels for 5 people. Also would recommend a closet with a bar for hanging clothes hangers. “
