Hotels Massanetta Springs

„Very nice...thank you“

„Amazing! Check in was quick and easy. The staff is super nice and professional.“

„Schönes sauberes Hotel, gutes Frühstück, super Lage.“

„We arrived late at night and had chosen this hotel due to EV Chargers. Unfortunately not only were there no charging parking spots available, there wasn’t a single spot to park in at all. They charged us $5 a night for parking which was a surprise to me when we checked in. Seems absurd to pay for parking and then have to park at a grocery store and walk over in the middle of the night.“

„The bed was very comfortable, but the bathroom was outdated. The toilet was barely functioning. The toilet paper would not go down.“

„Sehr sauberes Hotel, sehr nettes Personal. Gute Lage. Stadtmitte nicht sehr weit entfernt ca. 10 Min. Autofahrt.

„Very clean and comfortable hotel with a friendly staff.“

Zimmer in oberer Etage anfragen! Zimmer gut ausgestattet, sauber! Bett gut auch das Badezimmer sehr ordentlich. Hotel insgesamt in guten Zustand.

„Service was not up to speed, towels were on the ground, had smudges of make up in them, sheets had hair and looked slept in, not good for that price range, house keeping was going around with a sticky brush to clean the sheets, not exchange them -- that is disgusting and systemic by management...“

„My stay at the hotel was okay overall. The room looked clean at first glance, but there was a very unpleasant, musty smell that reminded me of mold. Although the room appeared tidy, the odor made the stay uncomfortable. The hallway floors were also quite dirty, which left a poor impression. On a positive note, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They really tried to make the stay better. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during my visit, which was disappointing. Overall, it ...

„Furniture/chair needs replaced. The arms of chair were stained and thread bare. Also carpets were cleaned but worn and stained.“

„Room was clean an bed was good, only issue I can say is that from the photos it looks fine but come to realize they used paint to cover any issues.“

„Gutes Frühstück, gute Einrichtung, sauber“
