"Rezepzion pfui hatte ein Zimmer was noch belegt war hab um 14:30 Check in gemacht musste vor dem Zimmer warten 20 Minuten danach ging ich wieder zur reception musste nochmal 10 Minuten warten wollte ein anderes Zimmer weil der Gast der drin war nicht auffindbar war zum Glück kam der Manager und ich bekam nach einer Stunde ein anderes Zimmer "
