„Property was spotless and the crew managing the business were extremely helpful. Spacious and inviting unit. Wondered if it would be helpful to have an awning of some kind to block rain from the furniture outside. Well after the rain, it was still a bit wet to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Peaceful, but units are close and it did not appear to be fully booked. As units are added, it will become a busy village with less open water view. Truly enjoyed our visit.“

Fortunately the house in front of this house is only one story so the views from this house are fantastic. It was like being oceanfront. Layout of the house was great for our extended family. „I thought the houseboat was terrific. Very well appointed, clean and well-designed. The admin staff was very responsive and helpful. I am disappointed though that they charged me 50 for an early check that was only two hours prior to the regular check in time.
