„Overall, the location of this place and the apartment itself is wonderful. The check-in process is cumbersome, as well as the process to get/use the garage access. However, I would do it all over again, the price for parking here is much cheaper than anywhere else. There is quick and easy access to DC via the subway. „We loved this property, the location was conveniently located in walking distance of most attractions. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room had a very welcoming feel, the kitchenette was a huge plus for us since we did not have to eat out the whole vacation. "Ausreichend großes, sehr modernes und sauberes Zimmer. Die Zimmer mit eigener Terrasse sind sehr schön und ruhig. Die Betten waren außerordentlich bequem, das Badezimmer schön sauber. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich, absolut geniales Frühstück - sehr zu empfehlen! Auch die Rooftop Bar ist schön, allerdings preislich auch im hohen Bereich angesiedelt. Die "Mini-Spritz" Getränke waren niedlich."

"Für zwei Personen wäre das Doppelzimmer, in dem ich eben allein war, viel zu eng gewesen: wo hätte man das Gepäck lassen, geschweige denn auspacken sollen? Schon für den einen(!) Stuhal war kaum Platz. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung--wie es selbstverständlich sein sollte in dieser Kategorie (und zu *dem* Preis). Stuhl war kaum Platz."

"Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht. Das Zimmer war sauber aber etwas klein. Das Dusche und Toilette getrennt waren, ist eine gute Idee. ABER!!! Wir hatten eine Dunkelkammer mit Blick auf einen Schacht in der 3. Etage. Nur getrennt durch eine Tür mit dem Nachbarzimmer, das man jedes Wort verstanden hat. Auch draußen vor der Tür hat man alles mitbekommen. Auf die Bitte das wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen wurden wir vertröstet und mit Ignoranz behandelt. Ich hatte mich darauf hin per Mail beschwert aber auch da drauf gab es keine Reaktion. Es gab früh nicht mal einen Kaffee in der Lobby, welchen man in jedem 3 Sterne Hotel bekommt. Der kostet dann 6 Dollar. Das Valet Parken kosten satte 80 Dollar der Tag. Wir haben für 4 Nächte dann alles in allem knapp 2.000 Dollar bezahlt. Für eine Dunkelkammer. Hände weg von dem Hotel. In der Gegend gibt es eine Menge anderer Hotels, die ganz sicher besser sind. Selbst die berühmte Roof-Topf Bar oben, mit Blick aufs Weiße Haus ist für die Katz, weil man keinen Platz bekommt. Immer ausgebucht. Nicht mal als Hotelgast hat man Vorteile… Mal davon abgesehen das die Preise für Gastronomie unverschämt teuer waren… Nie wieder dort…!!! "
