„A wonderful home in a fabulous setting. The home has spacious & well laid out with a variety of beautiful outdoor spaces. Comfortable, with sufficient spaces inside and out; everyone had space to enjoy the property. We stayed for a week and never tired of the outdoor views. Convenient to great shopping and excellent beaches.“

„Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Lots of towels, a basket of toiletries if you forgot something, and WiFi works great. Plenty of parking and nice back yard. Thank you for the enjoyable stay.“

„This is a “bed&breakfast” type stay. 4 rooms, 3 upstairs (very tight quarters), 1 downstairs. Each bedroom has its own keycode lock. 1 shared bathroom (downstairs) approximately 6x6 at bottom of stairs. House is also shared with owner that has their office/bedroom attached and accessible from inside rental. Owner has dog with anxiety issues that has full access to the house. „The management agent/host was very responsive. That’s the only positive thing I have to say. The house was old. We knew that going in. We expected that it would at least be reasonable maintained. It wasn’t. Not even close. There were so many things wrong with this home. The oven stopped working. Stove only partial worked. Many of the kitchen floor tiles were cracked. Dishwasher not secured. Casement windows couldn’t be opened as mechanism was stripped. Main kitchen was poorly lacking ...

„We loved staying Conduit. The location is incredible. The lake is gorgeous. We canoed and swam. There are hiking trails across the street. It was 20 minutes to gorgeous beaches. We had 14 of us very comfortably in the house. Stephanie was a great host. We would definitely come back.“

„The property was beautiful and communication with the owner was great. We had difficulties with the TV and internet and the owner was able to assist us. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Our only suggestion is that it could use new cookware and the couch pillows needed to be replaced. “
