„Einzigartig ist, dass sie am Strand liegt in Dubai Jumeira und trotzdem bezahlbar ist. Toll finde ich auch, dass das Hotel eher klein ist, zwei Stockwerke hat, keine Hochhäuser, und dass es ruhig gelegen ist, weg von den Schnellstrassen von Dubai. Ideal zum Entspannen. Es ist kein gestilter Neubau. Momentan grad Vorarbeiten für Foodfestival am Strand vor dem Hotel, aber nicht für lange.“
