„The host was available for questions and concerns. The size and space of the home was great for our group. However, the home needs a deep clean and several updates/repairs. The dining room chairs were very dirty and felt a little unstable. A few of the mattresses were sunken in the middle. We all thought the water smelled a little metallic and the home could benefit from water filters. The towels smelled very musty and old. “

„Great place in Asheville, especially if you have a dog traveling with you! The owner was very responsive to my questions prior to the stay. The house was super clean, fully stocked with cooking supplies, has a small fenced in backyard and also a cookie jar with cookies for your pup! There’s a nice coffee shop across the street on the river that loves dogs. Close to downtown and the UNC Asheville campus.“

Communication with property owner was top notch! Linda was very responsive and even added a last minute request to add a night onto our stay. We loved the quiet neighborhood that is close to all the wonderful activities Asheville offers. “
