„Gross“

„Arrived after midnight. No one at desk. No phone answered. After an hour, a hooket was able to wake up the night desk clear who refused us a pre-paid room because he couldn't pull up our reservations. He basically told us at 1 AM to go elsewhere. We ended up in a horrible filthy room. Breakfast was cold cereal. Milk. Bread and little muffins. No juice No coffee. No butter. No jam. This was one of our 2 worst hotel experiences“
