You will fall for the modern and comfy style of the Villa Belya. Urban Arts on the walls add a jazzy note to a villa inspired of the most beautiful Californian villas from the late 50s.

With large windows and other french windows, the villa is enlighted all day long. Its wonderful garden, maintain for you all year long, is perfect to welcome ball, sunbath, and tanning seances. Why not a massage on the side of the swimming pool ? It is possible to schedule that via our conciergerie services. We can also provide moroccan cook, or babysitter, everything is possible to make your holidays project in Marrakech, reality !

If you choose to use the kitchen on your own, we ask for a cleaning fee of 50€ by the end of your stay. (if required)



Deposit : the day of your arrival, Omar your concierge will ask you for a deposit. Generally a card number.



Alcohol : since we do not have any licence. We cannot buy or transport it for you. But you are welcome to bring your wine, and we will serve it with pleasure without any cork-fee.



External Guest : we require the guest list before your arrival. It might populate Extra Guest fees. Our policy is clear about any form of prostitution, in case of early check-out or cancelation regarding this particular matter : no refund will be made.
