We stayed as a group of 4 girls at Riad144 in May. Before we arrived we had all information provided by the staff and also arranged a transfer from the airport and back. Great was, that our baggage was picked up by the staff. From the last point where a vehicle can reach, you walk approx 5 minutes to the Riad. At Apple Maps the location is exact and shows the correct entrance. We arrived very late and were happy that the check in was really fast.
The Riad itself is beautiful and located great. 5 min walk until the beginning of the souks around the djema el fnaa. The property is designed beautifully and there are three rooftop areas that we all loved and enjoyed. The breakfast was really delicious and the staff was super friendly.
The only downside would be the overall property conditions. Nice to know would be that the rooms at the Riad cannot be locked. At night, you could lock from the inside with a bolt, but at day, it was kind of accessible to everybody. That was something that we did not enjoy. We also had a smell from the bathroom (kind of usual for a lot of countries, but still not super enjoyable). The lighting was also really dark in the room, but this could have been just our room. At the bigger suite it should be known that the stairs in the room had no protection, so a no go with children.
The staff was very nice, absolutely warming.
