„The pictures of the villa and the described wasn't what we got. The villa was very tired and in need of a refit. Walls needed painting and the furiture had seen better days, with holes in the walls. We were there for 11 nights and not provided with any clean towels. The pool wasn't very clean and you had to wade from one side of the pool to get to sunbeds as their wasn't a walkway, the pool ladder was hanging on by a thread. The WiFi was a general password for all of the accomodation/restaurant ...

„Lovely villa, fantastic location but needs maintenance. All bathroom fittings in all bathrooms needs attention. Pool lovely but steps are seriously dangerous plus outside not cleaned properly from previous tenant's dirty tissue and toothpick on glass table which had not been cleaned for a long time plus half empty water bottles and cigarette buts, when we complained it was not taken seriously we believe they did send someone to sort but half empty water bottles were thrown in the hedge bottom ...

„Die Villa befindet sich nahe am Zentrum so dass man abends auch gemütlich dahin laufen kann. Unser Fahrzeug haben wir oft stehen lassen. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer und Klimaanlage. WIFI ist unbegrenzt vorhanden. Der Pool ist sehr schön und ca. 1,50m tief. Der Garten ist etwas klein ausgefallen, aber dafür sehr gepflegt. Die Besitzer Teyfik bey und Neval hanım sind sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen unseren nächsten Urlaub in ...

„Stayed at the villa Ria for a week four adults two with mobility issue one in wheelchair. The villa is fantastic besutiful gardens pool is fantastic comunication with the owner and the manager was excellence everything you need in a holiday it is about a 10 min wslik to the nestest shops and bars to far for my husband to walk but our friends with the wheelchair we ok we just got a taxi no problem i would definitely recommend Villa Ria its in a peaceful area but clise enough to all the amenities  ...

„The villa is exactly as shown on the website. Communication with hosts was excellent. Location was perfect - a 10 minute walk out of the town so close to water taxis, lots of restaurants (we ate out every night and didn’t have a bad experience) and shops. Would definitely recommend and we will be back. “

„The villa was as described and the pool was lovely, as it was so hot. When needed clean bedding we just asked the cleaner. The villa had hardly any items. No mugs (the cups were tiny) used plastic cups to make a drink and only 1teaspoon and no t towel or cloths. There was no plug and the bowl was cracked (had to stuff plughole with toilet paper).There was no toilet paper (had to get some from restaurant toilet until went to the shops the next day) No hand wash.
