„CJ’s Mountain Retreat was the perfect spot for our family ski trip. Clean, spacious, and so comfortable! The home was so tastefully and beautifully decorated…It was obvious there was a lot of thought and care put into the lay out and design of the house. Waking up each morning to an incredible Mountain View while enjoying breakfast with the whole family was a memory we won’t forget. „This was a great overnight vacation experience. I love the whole concept, and the environment was peaceful and restful. To those needing more entertainment you’re gonna find the lack of TV lacking. For me, though I was able to watch movies with the free Wi-Fi and my computer. I also wanted to warn those of you who might be on a two wheel motorcycle that the parking downhill in gravel was a little challenging. I would definitely recommend this experience. “

„Very clean. Close to Homestead (10 min walk?). Full kitchen, big dining table suitable for working, comfortable TV room, comfortable bedrooms. Minor issue with hot water not working in rear 2nd floor shower (worked fine in other baths). Only big issue was the rear door to house/kitchen was not lockable, which is a security issue, and the lack of communications from the manager when we raised it. She texted regularly and well initially (very accessible), but after the door lock problem was ...

„We had originally booked the studio apt for Jan 9 to visit an elderly parent - a family emergency came up and we had to move our visit to as soon as possible - the owner kindly allowed us to transfer the booking to an earlier date, the 5th (the day after my distressed call) at the cottage instead so other family members could stay as well. Owner is not local, so apparently did not know that the cottage was not quite prepared for guests- it was clean, but not stocked and had some repairs going ...

„Our family of 8 came to catch the last days of skiing at Snowshoe. We had 3 great days! The property had everything we needed and then some. It was well set up and spacious with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the whole apartment/condo was super clean. If we ski Snowshoe again we will definitely try to stay here.“
