„Where to begin... The property is as far north in Moultonborough as you can get. It's approximately 12 minutes north of the center of town. The property was not clean, may not have been even broom swept! There was toothpaste on the backsplash of the downstairs sink, the stove had never been cleaned, cobwebs and spiders in various places, stained pillowcases, dishes were left in the dishwasher, the toilet bowls did not appear cleaned either. „The property and house were beautiful, however, it was advertised as four bedrooms. I assumed that all four bedrooms would be heated, but the one in the basement did not have heat. This would be an amazing summer rental, but the bedroom in the basement could not be utilized and people had to sleep on the couch upstairs where there was heat “

„We had a quick overnight stay at this new and very pretty suite. Everything was spotless and the owners were very accommodating. We hope to be back soon!“

„Property was excellent. Solid house in a great location. Just one full bath and a half bath but worked for us. Also a/c is only upstairs in family room but there are fans in all bedrooms. Again, no issue for us. Will be back.“
