„The property is up on a hill offering great view of the town/harbor. The hotel is a little older but very clean with spacious rooms that are quiet. Shower is spacious with excellent water pressure. The food selection at breakfast was great and tasty as well as dinner at the Forest Grill was excellent and very delicious. Staff is friendly and excellent customer service.“

„This is within a vacation resort that is still under development. Owner's caretaker/agent is a real estate agent for the resort and offers options to buy a lot, or condominum. No information was provided ahead of time about the additional fees charged to use amenities within the resort such as the swimming pool and access to the beach. “
