„We arrived and entered yhe house yo the VERY strong smell of pet urine. The vinyl flooring was not swept and had crumbs and junk scattered around the kitchen. The kitchen was disgusting. The countertops, cupboards stove top, microwave and stove all had greasy hand prints and smears on them. My mother who was with me at the time of checkin pulled the covers back on one of the beds and there was1 small beetle alive in the bed. I contacted serena and she said she knew for a fact it was clean ...

„Neither the living room TV nor one bedroom TV worked. Coffee pot available, but no coffee or even filters provided. Description of property indicated no pets, which we need because of allergies, but we found out when we arrived that pets were allowed with a deposit, and we saw pet hair. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable.“

„Very cute house! Lots of space for gathering and theres a handful of board games if you need an indoor activity. Best water pressure I've ever experienced at a rental house. Kitchen is fully functional and lots of room in the yard for dogs to run. “
