„Fantastic rental! Perfect for kids. Hatch Lake is loaded with bluegill, perch, bass. Not huge fish but the kids caught one after another in the boat and right off the pier. Very clean, comfortable cottage. Brought our fishing boat and the launch was just a few houses down. Very convenient! Hoping to back soon!“

Unlike cold motel rooms, this place had a lived-in feel that reflected the pride and love Jannifer, the host, provided. „This was a perfect home for a family get away. Plenty of sleeping space with a wonderfully equipped kitchen. Being right on the water with access to kayaks was such a bonus. The view was amazing! We had a wonderful campfire (and s'mores bar) in the evening and having enough chairs for everyone was so nice. Close to the Crystal River Tubing where we had an excellent time.“

How ever, while was listed partly correctly as being on the wolf River, it was not mentioned that the location is on a swampy Bayou portion of the wolf River. You can't swim in it. I had rented this particularly for swimming in the wolf River and was disappointed. “

„The Depot is an amazing quaint and charming gem in the heart of Amherst. The property is newly renovated and very clean and peaceful.
