„Absolut traumhaft! direkt am wundervollen Strand der Simpson Bay! Auch das Hotel-Restaurant kann man nur empfehlen. Davon abgesehen ein Paradies für Planespotter mit Dachterrassen direkt neben der Startbahn. Fluglärm ist nur bedingt ein Thema, da Nacht praktisch keine Flüge stattfinden. Ein Auto ist aber empfehlenswert, Parkplätze gibt es genug.“

„Die Lage ist Top, direkt am Meer mit Meerblick, man ist dort sofort in 2 Minuten am Badestrand/ Partymeile von Sint Maarten, Simpson Bay. Casinos, Sovenirshops und Bars sind sofort da. Ein guter Supermarkt befindet sich in ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg (gute Auswahl an Verpflegung) Preis/Leistungsverhältnis wie vorher vereinbart. Günstig :)“

„Pierre’s place was exactly what we had hoped for when we booked…close to all the action in Grand Case but quiet and private. It had all the amenities we needed for a two week stay, including laundry facilities and outdoor shower. The option of spending time in a screen room (for rain or mosquitoes) or sitting outside in our tiny walled patio was lovely. All of the cafes, bars and restaurants were within a 2-10 minute walk. The beautiful public beach at Le Petit Plage was an easy 10 minute walk ...
