„I booked two rooms in this hotel on Expedia but when I arrived and tried to check in, the receptionist told me the hotel was fully booked and that their online system wasn't working. I had to leave an find accommodation somewhere else as the receptionist told me that he couldn't help me“

„We booked a 2 bedroom luxury apartment 24 hours before our stay we were asked for our phone number and then contacted by text to inform us that our accommodation had changed. As the rest of our trip was booked we did not have an alternative. We ended up in a studio flat in a not so nice part of town. We were also told that this was the same price but by no know means what we had booked“

„Der Pool und die Saunalandschaft sind sehr gut. Auch Frühstück und Abendessen waren gut. Wegen dem großen Angebot für Familien sind natürlich viele Familien mit kleinen Kindern da.“
