Welcome to Mard Beach House, a newly built beachfront villa located in the peaceful village of Minalulan, Maria, Siquijor. Set directly by the sea on a spacious, fenced property, this is your private retreat for relaxation, adventure, and unforgettable sunsets. ### The Home

The house offers three spacious bedrooms:
- One with a king-size bed
- One with a queen-size bed
- One with two single beds
All beds are extra-long (2 meters) for added comfort.

The fresh and modern bathroom includes a shower, bidet toilet, large mirror, and a laundry area with washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with an island, stove, oven, range hood, coffee maker, rice cooker, toaster, and a large fridge and freezer.

The living room features seating for six, a Smart TV, and an additional Smart TV in the downstairs bedroom. The entire house is equipped with fast and reliable Wi-Fi via Starlink, and inverter air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room/kitchen for quiet, energy-efficient cooling.

Guests have full access to Mard Beach House, including the garden, outdoor kitchen, terraces, and all amenities. The entire property is fenced for privacy and security, and sits directly on the beach for a truly immersive island experience.
