The Space:

Designed for relaxed coastal living, this spacious two-level home combines soft neutral styling with generous layout and light-filled interiors, giving groups room to gather or retreat to their own quiet corner. Downstairs, the welcoming living room centres around a wood-burning fireplace, creating a cosy setting for relaxed evenings after a day at the beach. The well-equipped kitchen, complete with quality appliances, generous bench space, a gas cooktop, and coffee machine, flows into the dining area, making shared meals effortless. Outside, the covered alfresco extends the living space with a BBQ, outdoor dining, comfortable lounge seating, an outdoor fridge, and a private backyard for children to play.



Upstairs, the games retreat doubles as a second living area, complete with a full-sized pool table, comfortable TV lounge, and a convenient minibar with a sink and mini fridge for preparing drinks and snacks. Sliding doors open to a covered balcony overlooking tranquil lake surrounds, creating a peaceful spot for morning coffee, afternoon drinks, or unwinding at sunset.



The primary bedroom offers a king bed, walk-in robe, and private ensuite, creating a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. A second bedroom also features a king bed, while the third and fourth bedrooms each include a queen bed. The fifth bedroom is furnished with two single beds, making it ideal for younger guests. Alongside the ensuite, the main bathroom features both a walk-in shower and a bathtub, offering flexibility for families and groups.



With air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort, plus a full laundry and secure double garage, the home is well equipped for longer stays and memorable South West escapes.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including garage, alfresco area, backyard, and all internal living spaces.



The Neighborhood:

Set within a quiet coastal pocket of Quindalup, this location offers an easy rhythm shaped by beach days and open space. The white sands of Quindalup Beach are just a short walk away, ideal for morning swims, long shoreline walks, or cycling along nearby coastal trails. A quick five-minute drive leads to Dunsborough, where cafés, bakeries, casual dining, and foreshore paths create a lively yet relaxed hub. From here, the wider Margaret River region is within easy reach for wineries, breweries, and scenic coastal drives, making it a peaceful base with everyday conveniences close by.



Getting Around:

Quindalup is best explored by car, as public transport options are limited in this beachside area. The South West Coach Lines service connects nearby Dunsborough and Busselton to Perth and surrounding regions, though guests will likely want their own vehicle or a bike for getting around locally.

Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm in line with local regulations. We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.





School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.





Rental Agreement: As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement before arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.





Firewood and Fire Ban: Firewood is provided from June to August. Outside of these months, you can find firewood at local service stations. Please note that fire bans are in effect from November 1 to April 30, during which time fire pits are not permitted.





Pet Policy: This property is pet-friendly, with a $95 pet fee per stay and a maximum of two pets permitted per stay. All pets must be approved and disclosed before arrival. Pets must not be left unattended. Guests must ensure all pet waste is cleaned up; any waste or excessive animal hair left at the property will incur an additional cleaning fee. We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay.



Please note that infants must be included in your TOTAL guest count, in compliance with the city regulations and STRA licensing.
