„The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel had very good facilities (e.g. a laundry). We had a room at the ground level with garden access which was quiet and cool. The staff was very friendly and always tried to help. What we missed a little bit, were some space for storing of clothes and luggage (there were only four hangers). There was also only one chair in the room which was officially declared as a three-bed-room. But all in all we were very satisfied. “

„Perfect location to explore Siena, right on the Campo. The apartment was warm and comfortable. As to be expected in such a central location, the noise & music from then restaurants on the piazza was loud till the early hours on Saturday night (so bring earplugs) but the other night was fine. “
