„Booked a room because of the price, but you definitely get what you pay for. Burn holes on the comforter, SHOE PRINT on the pillow, a/c unit smelled. Luckily I had my own sleeping bag to place on the bed. Oh yeah, the best part was the bullet hole they tried to cover on the door lol. All to be expected with hookers down the street and people arguing in the parking lot.“

„The first room we had the air conditioner was not working as it should. The room was very warm. It was reported to the staff but were not moved to another room until the next morning. At check out we were charged for parking but did not have a car. I am waiting for a refund.“

„I checked in and was given a room that was infested with roaches. I was given a different room that still had roaches and when i asked the older lady at the office if they had roach spray she seemed annoyed, she looked but couldnt find any. I ended up spending an extra $20 on bug spray and duct tape for their room. The rooms weren't the cleanest either. There was a open outlet behind the bed which was just a hole in the wall (thats what the duct tape was for). Waking up to roaches on the pillows ...

„Another great stay at Home 2 Suites. This one is the best yet (brand new, just open a month ago - as of Mid June 2026). The room (2 Queen and 1 sofa bed) was spacious, super clean, and pillows were soft and fluffy. Rachel who checked us in was super sweet and friendly. Would certainly stay there again.“

„Es ist zwar ein neu renoviertes Hotel aber es wird nicht sonderlich gut gepflegt. Pool mit Ketten gesperrt und Frühstück nicht vorhanden bzw grab'n Go und das sehr dürftig. Personal nur nach Aufforderung hilfsbereit. Von Radisson sollte man was anderes gewöhnt sein “

„Auf unserer Durchreise durch das Napa Valley haben wir das gute Preis Leistungs Verhältnis von diedem Hotel in Anspruch genommen. Sehr gut gelegen, extrem saubere und großzügige Zimmer mit einem der besten King Size Betten in denen wir je geschlafen haben und einem ordentlichen kontinentalen Frühstück. Klasse! Jederzeit wieder. Kann guten gewissens empfohlen werden!“

„The room was dirty the water was cold the tv did not work at all the maid didn’t take the trash out or make the beds even tho we stayed for a week and told the staff to do garbage and beds they never once gave us more towels or even checked on us at all I had to go in the office and make them fix the tv and when I checked out I cleaned the room Myself bagged up all the trash stripped the beds and left them all in a pile on one bed and they still kept my security deposit.“

„Die Fotos zeigen nicht wirklich den Zustand des Objektes. Die Benutzung des Aufzuges in die 4. Etage ist eher als Abenteuerlich zu bezeichnen. Der Allgemeinen Zustand des Hotels ist eher als bedauerlich einzustufen trotz perfekter Lage. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer lässt ehrlich gesagt zu Wünschen übrig. Duschen funktionierten nicht. Klimaanlagen wohl schon Jahre nicht gewartet verteilen einen ekligen Geruch im Zimmer. Frühstück ungewöhnlich schlecht. Nie wieder!!!“

„Sehr nah am Highway, trotzdem sehr ruhig in den Zimmern. Frühstück inklusive aber typisch sehr spartanisch. Ca. 50min mit dem Auto bis Downtown SF. Oder über den 10km entfernten Hafen in Vallejo mit der Fähre (knapp 60min Fahrzeit für 13$ pro Person und Fahrt).“

„The teamwork within the staff ensured great customer service. I left my "favorite" sweatshirt in the dining room after taking a walk the morning before we left. The front desk told my husband as we left that morning so we walked back into the dining hall and got it.
