„Pool and beach towels were not easily accessible if you didn’t get them ahead of time. If you needed new ones or additional ones while you were at the pool, you had to walk all the way back to the lobby. Bins should be there with towels so you don’t have to walk back and forth. Drinks and food by the pool took a very long time. Drinks weren’t always correct and we weren’t willing to send it back for them to correct as it would take even longer. Staff didn’t go the extra mile to hussel alittle. ...
