Just a mile from Rose Marina, this beautiful beachfront condo has views of the resort pool and a beautiful dock from the comfort of a private, furnished balcony! When you're not out on the water, stretch out in the spacious living room to watch your favorite Netflix movies and shows on the mounted flatscreen TV. The condo is tastefully dressed in beachy décor, burnished floors, and lots of comfortable furniture. The full kitchen has plenty of workspace and small and major appliances to help you assemble a delicious meal, and you can serve up to four guests at the attractive drop-leaf table. Take a short walk to explore the many on-site amenities that include the shared pool and tennis court then come home to cool the place down with the central AC. The elevator will make it easy to access your suite, even with an armload of groceries, and you can take advantage of the free WiFi to research your next beach adventure!

Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the close proximity to courses. You'll have waterfront dining and bike rentals to discover within walking distance! Enjoy spectacular seafood at the Snook Inn or Leebe Fish Inc after a visit to Dolphin Cove Marina, where you can rent boats or jet skis or charter your very own Dolphin Tour!

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 4.

Dock details: Guests cannot park a boat at the marina. You walk through the pool deck to get to the marina.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
