This spacious 4-bedroom house in Várzea do Douro is the perfect retreat for families and friends seeking fun vacations.

Its 2-storey layout provides a spacious and well-equipped living space, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay for everyone. Additionally, it offers the convenience of free parking on the street, making it easy for guests with their vehicles to explore the town and surrounding areas.

The living room features a large sofa and a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The property also has a dishwasher, making it convenient for you to clean up after preparing a delicious meal, a washer, a clothes dryer, a drying rack and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The house features three bedrooms with double beds, providing ample space for a restful night's sleep. There is also a fourth bedroom with two bunk beds, two single beds and plenty of toys to entertain the little ones. All beds have complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Additionally, a crib is available for your convenience if you are travelling with a baby.

The three bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.

The highlight of this property is its terrace, complete with chairs and a garden. This outdoor heated pool can be easily converted into an indoor pool, allowing you to enjoy a swim no matter the weather, and a BBQ area perfect for enjoying al fresco dining.

Várzea do Douro is a civil parish located in the northern region of Portugal, in the Douro area, specifically within the Porto district. This parish is situated on the slopes of the Douro River, one of Portugal's most picturesque and famous areas, thanks to its production of Port wine and the unique landscape of terraced vineyards.

The region of Várzea do Douro is renowned for its stunning natural beauty, with rolling hills covered in vineyards that produce grapes for Port wine. The Douro River, winding its way through the mountains, creates a spectacular setting.

In addition to its fame for Port wine, the region offers a tranquil and rural atmosphere, making it a popular destination for those seeking a relaxing retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. The landscape is dotted with hiking trails and opportunities to explore nature and admire traditional rural architecture. The property is easily accessible by car.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 55-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: toilet paper, kitchen roll, dishwashing detergent, and trash bags.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
