A beautifully appointed home designed for comfort, relaxation, and memorable stays. Located just minutes from Lake Erie, this inviting retreat offers the ideal mix of modern style and cozy charm. Step outside to enjoy the fresh lake air and enjoy relaxing on the screened front porch. This home delivers a perfect balance of comfort and convenience for couples, families, or friends!

Inside you will find bright, open-concept living space with comfortable seating, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area perfect for gathering with family and friends. Large windows bring in natural light, creating a warm and airy atmosphere throughout the home. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to provide a peaceful place to rest.

There is plenty of space for 9 guests to sleep inside the home! The master bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a twin over full size bunk bed. The living room has a queen sofa couch. There is a hallway bath with a shower/tub combo.

** Please only park one vehicle in the garage and one vehicle in the driveway. All other vehicles must park in the guest parking lot directly across from the Waterview entrance on E. Bayshore Road.

** Please note that we do not make exceptions to the cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance prior to booking.

** Parties, Events, Noise and Disturbances- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of other guests. No partying, excessive noise, offensive activity will be tolerated at any time during your stay. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OUR PROPERTY IF THIS IS THE TYPE OF VACATION/GETAWAY YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. VIOLATORS WILL BE SUBJECT TO FINES IMPOSED BY OUR CONDO ASSOCIATION/CITY AND SUBJECT TO REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.

** Our city permit does limit the number of guests that are permitted in our condo. The total number of guests permitted inside the condo at one time is 10 guests. Security camera/recording device are in the hallways and exterior area of the building complex are video recorded. No recording devices are inside the unit. Tampering with any monitoring device will also result in immediate removal without refund.

**A drip coffee maker is available in the condo with both regular and decaf coffee.

**There is no traditional cable on the TV in the home. The TV is equipped for guests to use their own streaming device.

** The outdoor pool is seasonal and is typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, but this could vary depending on temperatures.

**No firearms or fireworks are allowed in the home.

** Local guests must contact host before booking.

** Pets are not permitted and there are no exceptions.
