„A quaint and historic stay! Host was very responsive and dealt with a couple of questions quickly for us. Excellent location within walking distance of downtown Johnson City and easy access to all wineries in the area.“

„The place is small and the deck was great overlooking the lake, but only accessible thru the bedroom which was only accessible by a small spiral stairwell. We could not get our suitcases up the stairwell which was too tight. There is great outdoor space, but we went in the winter and it was too cold to enjoy it all. Bed linens were great but towels were small and too few. “

„This trip was meant to see a few family members but the ice storm, stopped us in our tracks. We were comfortable and really enjoyed ourselves and the hot tub. Mark couldn't have been more helpful and on top of things. Thanks for a great stay.“

„We’ll start with the positives: owner was responsive to questions and concerns; location was a short walk to The Island where we could watch the sunset over the water. Beyond that it was, sadly, a disappointment. The front yard/entry was overgrown so the entry path wasn’t useable. The house itself is dated and shows obvious wear, and hadn’t been used in a while. There were clumps of dust in the corners, burrs in the carpet, old, mismatched, dirty dishes & glasses and so much mold in the master ...
