Our beautiful apartment is located in a prime development in Puerto Banús, about a 12-minute walk from the beach. It offers first-class facilities, including private parking for one car, common swimming pools and tennis courts. With outdoor spaces and gardens that invite you to enjoy nature.

Our apartment is modern and elegant, ideal for couples or a family. Air conditioning is integrated throughout the house. It has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds. Each has wardrobes with plenty of storage space. Bed linen and towels are included.

The spacious living room is equipped with a smart TV and a large sofa for relaxing and unwinding with the family. There is also a dining area with a 4-seat table.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, kettle, and induction hob. There is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. We also provide kitchen essentials such as vinegar, oil, salt, and sugar so you can prepare your favourite meals in the comfort of your own home.

Two full bathrooms, each with a bathtub, are also provided, along with a hairdryer, toilet paper, and shower gel.
