The residence is located close to the water in a neighbourhood that welcomes families.The following amenities are provided in the accommodation: a covered parking space in the same building, a garden, a walled garden, a 40 m2 patio, an iron, internet (Wi-Fi), an alarm, central heating, air conditioning throughout the home.The electric open-plan kitchen comes equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, refrigerator, oven, freezer, washer, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, and more. A mandatory online check-in is required under Spanish law. Parties are absolutely prohibited, and minimum age of 25. Only families and couples. Please be informed that a security deposit may be required; this payment will be reimbursed no later than seven days following your departure.

Our towels love drying guests after a refreshing shower... but they're not designed for removing makeup or cleaning shoes! 😊



Please help us keep them fresh and fluffy by avoiding using them for makeup removal or shoe cleaning.



Unfortunately, makeup stains and shoe marks often cannot be removed during laundering. Towels that are permanently damaged have to be replaced, and the cost of replacement may be charged to guests.
