The apartment

A 1-bedroom on the 5th floor of the Skol building, 45 m², with a west-facing terrace that catches the afternoon sun and the sunset. It looks over the tropical gardens toward the beach, so the view is green first, blue behind it.

The bedroom has two single beds, and a double sofa bed in the lounge takes the third and fourth guest, so it sleeps 4. One bathroom with a walk-in shower. The open-plan kitchen has a coffee machine, oven, microwave and fridge, and there is a washing machine, an iron and board, and a hairdryer.

Air conditioning for summer, central heating for winter, a smart TV, and super-fast fibre WiFi throughout. Being on the 5th floor means more light, more privacy and fewer street sounds.

Three pools set in the tropical gardens — a shallow kids' pool (40cm), a 140cm pool for playing, and a 2m pool for proper swimming. Sun loungers €3 per day.

The location

Avenida Arias Maldonado 16, the heart of central Marbella, right on the promenade.

Step out and you're on Fontanilla beach. Marbella Old Town is a 10-minute walk, and Puerto Banús is 6 km away. Family-run tapas bars, cafés and supermarkets are all at your doorstep. No car needed.
