Vaca Cove is a private oasis comprised of 7 stilted homes facing Shelter Bay, with direct Ocean and Gulf access. Each unit has assigned 35’ of deep water dockage with electricity and water on the dock (one boat allowed per unit). Our guests will have access to a shared resort size in-ground Saltwater pool (pool is professionally cleaned 3 times a week ), lounge chairs, and a large tiki around the pool area. Under each home, you have a private spa, a gas grill, a bait freezer, and a picnic table. Every unit is 1,740 Sq. Ft., 4 bedroom, 3 bath, (bed sizes are 2 kings, 1 queen and 2 twins) open floor plan living area, large laundry, fully stocked kitchen, waterfront porches with Bonefish Bay views, high-speed wireless internet, 5 flat-screen TVs and covered parking for 2 vehicles and a boat trailer up to 37ft. You also have one boat space on the dock and you will only be allowed one boat per unit. (Vehicles and trailer must always stay under your unit)
The owners have spared no expense to make Vaca Cove a type of place families would want to stay. They have made sure that you have as many amenities as the large resorts, but the personalized feel of home.

Min. Booking age is 25 years old
The Resort has surround outside property surveillance cameras, they are  recording for Security and Liability Purposes. They are placed to record common  areas. There is no cameras inside and no one is actively watching the cameras outside. Location as follows:  All common areas, Docks, Resort entrance and Back of the properties. 
Noise Ordinance from 9pm to 9 am (Quite Time)

The property has security cameras that were added for protection (Cameras Facing the Entrance of the complex & dock and kayak launch area).
The home has a max occupancy of 10 people, no matter the age. sleeps eight on bed only
Home is not pet-friendly at any time. (you will be asked to leave or remove the animal from the property immediately)
One boat Trailer and two vehicles will be allowed per stay. (Trailer for a 37ft boat Max)( must stay under your unit )
ONE Boat per unit no matter size
Kayaks on the property are first come first serve
Smoking is not allowed near, in, or under the carport of the home. ( if you must smoke please be mind full of other guests and do so on the picnic table near the kayak launch area)
Check-in is at 4 pm and access information is given 48 hours before arrival via text and email. (please provide your email address)
Quality Control Staff will be checking the property the day of arrival to ensure your check-in experience is memorable.
Towels and Linens are provided.
A starter kit of toiletries is provided only. (you must bring or buy for your entire stay)

If you have any questions about them please let us know. We will also be requesting some additional information that the sites may not provide.
