Ascending to the upper level, the oversized master suite beckons with a luxurious King-sized bed, an indulgent ensuite bathroom, a thoughtfully provided office desk (a retreat from work, if you so choose!), and an expansive balcony that gazes upon the endless ocean expanse. Another generously sized King bedroom, complete with a private bathroom and a walk-in closet, graces this level. And there's more – a bonus game room, a trove of excitement, comes complete with a wet bar and an array of board games that promise delightful moments for both the young and the young at heart. Need more space to dream? The couch gracefully unfolds into a sleeper sofa, ensuring sweet slumbers with a view of the boundless ocean.

* Pool heat is available for $300 per week (plus tax) and $42.86 per additional day (plus tax). Requests must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Requests made within 24 hours of check-in or after arrival are subject to an additional $75 activation fee (plus tax) and no refunds will be issued if a specific temperature is not reached.

*Spa heat is not included without paying for pool heat

* We provide a complimentary starter pack of paper towel, toilet paper, dish & laundry detergent, dish soap, bar soap, trash bags & dish sponge.

*Please note that a signed guest agreement is required prior to check-in. To facilitate this, we will need an email address to send the DocuSign document.

*Pets allowed: Maximum of 2 pets. The fee is $250 plus tax for 1 pet or $500 plus tax for 2 pets (total). PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW PETS ON ANY BEDS—if pet hair is found in the beds, an additional fee equal to the original cleaning fee will be charged.

*Floating dock has been removed to increase the docking space.

* Garage storage is for owner's use only

*Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bedroom and bed descriptions thoroughly.

*Seasonal Seaweed Notice: Like much of the Florida Keys, our canal can experience seaweed at certain times of the year. On the ocean side, this usually happens in summer/fall while gulf-side canals see it more in winter/spring. It’s a natural part of the area and may affect the canal during your stay.
