Community boat dockage is available for guests (subject to availability), with slips historically easy to secure. Available for boats approx. 30 feet, with one boat and one trailer permitted per reservation if available. Spend your mornings fishing world-renowned waters, your afternoons snorkeling vibrant coral reefs, paddle boarding through beautiful waters, relaxing on secluded sandbars, or cruising to waterfront restaurants as the sun sets over the Keys. • Minimum age to rent: 25 years old

• No smoking permitted on the property

• Home is Pet Friendly (Additional $250 Pet Fee option must be added at booking)

• Booking Policies Minimum Stay: A 7-night minimum stay is required by city regulations with no exceptions.

•Maximum occupancy is set by the city and includes adults, children, and infants.



Cancellation Policy: We maintain a 60-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $150 cancellation fee.
