Out back, enjoy your private dock with deep-water access, ready for your boat the moment you arrive. The nearest public boat ramp is a 2 minute drive by car and a 10 minute ride by boat. From the dock, you can be in the Atlantic via Vaca Cut in just a 5-10 minute boat ride.

Renovated top to bottom, the home features central air-conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, an outdoor grill, and a large screened second-floor porch with a dining table—perfect for catching the canal breeze without the bugs. It’s a great spot to watch the sunset and enjoy dinner after a long day on the water. There’s also ample parking for 2 vehicles and a boat trailer.

Upstairs, you’ll find a king suite and a twin-bed suite, each with its own private bathroom. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, but two queen sleeper sofas in the downstairs living area allow for more solo sleeping arrangements.

The location is hard to beat: open water is just minutes from the dock, Sombrero Beach is a 9 minute drive, and Seven Mile Bridge is 13 minutes. Marathon’s restaurants, bars, and shops are all close by.

A few simple house rules help keep things comfortable for everyone: no pets, no smoking, and quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.
