• Food & Drink: Keys Fisheries is a beloved working-waterfront spot known for its lobster reuben and fresh stone crab, served dockside overlooking the marina. For sunset, Sunset Grille & Raw Bar sits at the foot of the Seven Mile Bridge with open water views and a raw bar. The Stuffed Pig is a long-running local favorite for a hearty island breakfast before a day on the water.
• Outdoor Activities: Sombrero Beach is Marathon's palm-lined public beach, with calm swimming water and shaded picnic areas. Snorkelers and divers head offshore to Sombrero Reef, one of the Keys' most vivid coral reefs, marked by its historic lighthouse. Curry Hammock State Park offers kayaking through the mangroves and some of the best kiteboarding in the Middle Keys.
• Places to Visit: The Turtle Hospital runs guided tours of its sea turtle rehabilitation center right on the Overseas Highway. Just north on Grassy Key, the Dolphin Research Center offers close encounters and educational programs. Crane Point Hammock is a tropical nature preserve with walking trails, a museum, and a wild bird center in the heart of Marathon.

Fees Upon Arrival

• An incidentals deposit of $50 per night is charged to the card on file at check-in and refunded after departure provided there is no damage or additional cleaning required.
• A resort fee of $55 per night and a destination fee of 1% of the room rate are already included in your total price at booking — no additional charge upon arrival.
• An extra adult fee of $20 per night, plus tax, applies for additional guests.

Important Information

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
• Guests must be at least 21 years of age to reserve; photo ID is confirmed at check-in, and anyone under 21 must be accompanied by a guest aged 21 or older.
• Guests arriving after 11:00 PM should contact the resort in advance with an estimated arrival time.
• Early departures incur a fee of one night's room and tax charged to the card on file.
• Pets are not permitted, with the exception of service animals.
