„Such a nice little cottage and area. Enjoyed the deep water dock, and got some fishing in while we were there. Everything we needed for our trip, plenty of amenities, fridge, stove and kitchen area were nice and has a wood stove and outdoor area with a fire pit. Used the gas grill outside and enjoyed the beautiful view as much as we could while visiting. Saw lots of hummingbirds, and the place has lots of art installed around. Highly recommend a stay here“

„This was our second stay at Heron’s Hideway. The location is wonderful on a peaceful, beautiful lake and yet close to Florence a charming town with good shopping and many great restaurants. The hosts are very accommodating and ensure your stay is perfect. The provided kayaks allow you to get out onto the lake.We hope to return and highly recommend!“

„Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig im Wald auf einer kleinen Lichtung. Die Anfahrt ist beim Ersten mal etwas tricki darum hatten wir einen Treffpunkt mit der Verwalterin auf einem Supermarktparkplatz verabredet. Nach Old Town Florence sind es 5 Minuten mit dem Auto auch die Strände sind sehr nahe. Im Haus war es gemütlich und den großen Außenbereich kann man gut nutzen. Einen Minuspunkt gibt es bei der Sauberkeit und bei dem Bad. Das Bad ist winzig, keine Stellmöglichkeiten, mit 6 Leuten möchte ich es ...

„We had a great time staying in this cabin. Made some good memories with fam and friends. Waking up to the fresh salty ocean smell, hearing the soothing waves, watching sunset in the nice windy yet cool weather. Our dogs enjoyed the sandy beach and the cabin too! The cabin/house itself is cozy and has everything a traveler needs. It is definitely a little rustic and has small leaks under the bathroom sink, but overall didn’t hinder the quality of our stay. “

„This property was very clean, located just a couple of minutes from the main downtown. It was quiet with the sounds of the ocean to lull us to sleep. We had everything we needed. Check-in was easy, as was check-out. Would stay here again. We loved Yachats. “

„So lovely to be away from the crowds. And yet with such an incredible view. While we never made more than breakfast and lunch the kitchen was well appointed. We loved the access to the beach just up the hill, so we could enjoy exploring the tide pools. Sunsets when the Oregon coast cooperated were beautiful from the main living space. And when it didn’t it felt cozy escaping the wet cool weather. “
