„Wonderful stay!! “

„Location is great. Studio is cozy, but very well equipped. We were two friends in our 60’s and used the bed and the sofa bed. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. Our only issue was lack of counter space in the bathroom. The sink has a very skinny edge and the shelving unit above the toilet has shelves that are not solid. So for women, it was a challenge to find room for your bathroom products and hair tools. But that is a minor issue! “

„Location of unit was very central to downtown area of Seattle. It was about a 5 min walk to the nearest light rail station which I used to get to and from the airport. The water taxi and ferries to Bainbridge, Vashon and West Seattle are all 5 min walk across the street. Many great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance too.The unit was clean and very comfortable for two people. It had central heating and an AC unit if you stay in the hotter months. „Great location and functional layout, but major issue with smoke smell. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-appointed, with a great bed (though the pillows could be upgraded). The location was perfect for attending a convention at either Seattle convention. However, the overwhelming smell of smoke made it unbearable for our family, and we had to cut our stay short. „Tom was great. Communicated well both before and during our stay, offered local things for us to do. Property was nice, and quiet. My only downside is the stairs to get to and from the parking. For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. Dont get me wrong, they werent unmanageable but after a long dsy of walking around Seattles attractions those stairs were brutal, BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN. The location is ...

„Wonderful stay! Super clean, cute place in walking distance of kind of everything. Parking garage was really handy though I'd recommend to stick to a midsize SUV at the very largest for the available spot. Very convenient place for hanging out in the city and walking to the game and back. Lots of effort is clearly out into keeping this apartment nice for guests. Would definitely stay again! “

„Pluses: -Owner/Manager was really good at replying back to messages leading up to our stay and while there. -Bed linens and towels were clean (or at least appeared clean given the overall state of cleanliness of the apartment). -Near bus stops and restaurants. Minuses: -Photos no longer really match what we encountered. -Building owner has rat traps out with active rat tunnels at outside main entry way staircase and one of the large planters near the front door. „The balcony is awesome. You have the needle on one side and a partial ocean view on the other side. The place is perfect. Very clean and roomy. All the comforts of home. The beds are so comfortable. We slept like babies. The views are great. The host was great. Great Communication. There is a new bar right next door if you need a drink. We will definitely stay here again. “
