„창문도 냉장고도 없어요 직원들은 친절 합니다“

„출장 숙박으로 부적합“

„I forgot the receipt to go to the restaurant, and they refused me to come for breakfast. I paid and I told them my room number and showed them my hotel key. Still refused. Finally found out that the receipt was left in the receptionist (I forgot to take it due to I was too tired). So humiliating. The hotel itself and the receptionist was very helpful. The hotel is safe (has a gate) and clean.“

„Die behielten sich selbst beim Frühstück die Kaffeevorliebe vom Tag vorher. Ein solches Frühstück s Buffet habe ich so noch nicht gesehen.“

„Overall, my stay at Whiz Luxe Hotel in Surabaya was okay, but I was disappointed with the suite. Despite paying extra, the room felt very basic and didn’t offer much more than my parents’ standard room. I honestly didn’t feel the upgrade was worth the money. I also found the check-in process strange. Although I booked and paid for my own room, the front desk staff allowed my dad to sign my paperwork instead of asking me to sign it myself. Accessing the pool and gym was also inconvenient. ...

„Best hotel in Surabaya! I booked the hotel for my mum so that she can have the best time on Christmas Day. The Four Points team really went above and beyond to make her feel special and at home. Thank you so much! “

„The rooms are nice and comfortable. The kitchen is good equipped. The bathroom is very nice. The A/C can be more silent, other then that it's a good hotel just next to a big shoping mall.“

„Comfortable stay.“
