„The stay was fine and the host a nice enough guy. However, just to lay out some facts: - The primary picture of the shed was taken before the units 1 and 2 were hung on the outside. The unit is half of that and you share a wall with another guest where you can hear everything they say or do. - The shed is about 50 yards from the primary house and about 50 feet from another structure that is an active construction site. - In order to turn on the AC, you have to stand on an old fold out wooden ...

„What an amazing experience! I would recommend anyone doing this. The boat is just the right size for 2 people wanting to get away, relax and enjoy all that Maine has to offer! The Marina staff are wonderful as well! There are pots for lobsters, clams and even crabs that they let you use along with grills as well! Being from Maine, I can tell you this was an experience of a lifetime!“

„We had a lovely stay in this beautiful place. The kitchen was well-stocked and had the space and all the tools we needed to cook our meals. The location is perfect, on the quiet side of the island but across the street from a pebble beach and only a half mile to the cute town of Southwest Harbor, with a grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, art galleries, gift shops and a bakery. It’s an easy drive to some amazing hikes. Perfect for a couple’s getaway!“

„We had a great stay at the home, which was well accommodated and very comfortable. The beds were comfy and the in window air-conditioning unit units were very effective. While the home is not large, it is well laid out and the space is used efficiently so we still felt very comfortable with our family of five and our dog. The area is beautiful with so many different things to do and lots of good food and hiking. “

„Shelley’s house is a perfect place to relax and get away. It’s spacious and has a great view. The warmth of the decor and the big windows add to the beauty. The location is fabulous. It’s in a smaller town without lots of tourists, but allows for easy access to Acadia and Bar Harbor. The people in the town are super friendly. We played pickleball at the local community center and really enjoyed meeting others there. I would highly recommend this vacation home and destination!“

„We had a great time at this property! We loved the SW Harbor location and proximity to restaurants. The drive to Acadia was 25 minutes or so, and there are some nice trails closer to SW Harbor too. The kitchen was well stocked and the room setup was perfect for 4 adults and 4 kids. Would definitely stay again!“
