We loved the fenced yard for my sister's dog, and the gate at the top of the basement stairs was fantastic for keeping her separated from my cat. (I imagine it'd be convenient for kids, too. ) Nice and close to downtown Ludington, where my nephew's wedding venue was. Easy check in, and the easiest check out I've ever had at a rental. 100% recommend - one of the best places I've ever stayed, and a really great first VRBO ...
