The nearest paid parking facility is located at Century City Mall and they charge Php 50 for the first 3 hours, Php 20 per succeeding hour, and an additional overnight fee of Php 500 after 3AM.

- Guests must send IDs of all staying adults by email before check in for building move in clearance

- Turn off Aircon, lights, TV when not in the unit
- Check in times are 3pm to 7pm (if you can’t make it during these times, you can schedule a late check in, the fee would be P300 payable in cash on arrival)

- Check out is 12 noon latest, an additional 1 night stay will be charged for late check outs
