Horrible way to access azure!!! never book this!!!
we choose this hotel because the pool and amenities was nice in the picture but the experience was very horrible, first you can not check in if you don't have contact person and I booked through hotels.com and they are not answering me many times I am calling and through email as well, I called many times the given number on PH no answer, arrived at around 1;30PM on the location nobody is accepting us since we dont have contact person 2:30pm the Philippine contact number answered back and said will come a after 5 mins. but 2 hours past always says on the way but no show, we were driven out from the lobby and placed on their guest lounge on the basement that has no signal access so how can we contact the person. finally checked in at 4:30pm, no beddings yet, room not fixed, no WIFI signal no TV signal the whole stay. the room was like a dormitory!!!! . worst thing we can not access the pool facilities and has to pay 500 Php per head!!!!!????!!!!! so I have to pay 2000Php (for me,my husband, my 3 y.o baby and her nanny) !!!... and you have to pay for a lost visitor's pass which is only a laminated paper for 500Php as well!!!?????? good Job on ruining my vacation...
They are telling on the advertisement post on hotels.com that there is wifi and pool access but there was none!!!
Even other guests, we find them shouting and arguing with other staffs on the lobby
